 Got him last saturday evening at 17 yards. Taped out at 129. I sure do like those Exodus broadheads  This is him before he got busted up

well done for a 1st kill.
its just a learning lesson.
its a little different than a paper target?
a range finder helps a whole lot. going from a 25-30 yard pin can be difficult if yer guessing distance. and can be the difference of a nice shot, or a missed or bad shot. lucky falls in there somewhere.
all in all, a 1st bow kill is a 1st bow kill...and i havnt forgot mine yet, and i dont think you ever will either.
