Okay so I just took the course and the teach said that someone could ask and submit the info needed to see if someone was a chl holder. The person who submitted would receive the others persons name and address and that was it. THEN the government would send the chl holder the name and address of the person doing the checking.

I don't understand why people are so scared for people to know they have guns it is our right as Americans to own guns. I would be more scared for people to know that I don't have guns. You want to keep your guns but you don't want to stand up and be known as a gun owner and let our government know that you do not agree with this! When they are gone you will have to blame yourselves for doing nothing to stop it.

Ask the NRA how they feel about Biden. He might not be the brightest bulb in the box, but he is brighter than some of the others in Washington. There's a reason Obama uses him a lot more than Bush used Cheney.

Despite what yahoos on the left want to portray the NRA as, there are some really smart members as well as them have a small army of some of the constitutional lawyers in the land.

The stereotypical NRA member is not a true reflection of NRA leader Wayne and his lawyers are pretty smart group by all accounts. They will challenge the constitutionality of all this and then the courts will mediate.

What they should be doing is prosecuting the prosecutors for not prosecuting criminals based on the laws that are violated that are already on the books. That said I'm signing up two new members to the NRA. We need to increase the ranks and they are going to need the funds to fight the idiocy of our liberal leaders.
