I was working with my friend Jason back in 1999 when he developed this sculpture to take to a taxidermy competetion. It was such a hit he had several made and molded. He had a good run with them, but hasnt't done alot with them since the World Trade Center attacks. They are gaining popularity again, and he has just ordered another 35.

You provide several pictures of your Lab and he paints them up. We put the bird of your choice in the bust. Imagine a wood duck, Canvasback, mallard or mottled duck and it is a show stopper for any waterfowler's trophy room. Thanks for looking - Matt

I've seen 'em selling for 750.00 in other parts of the country, but the Bird Mount in my shop would be 295.00 and the Scuplture would be 305.00...so $600.00 out the door.

Jason tells me that he has a smaller version that can be altered and painted to look like an upland K9. The pheasant idea would be awesome.
