The ranch is located in Stephens county near Breckenridge. I have a couple of dates open. The weekend of April 13th and April 27th. Lodging in one of the cabins is included in the price. No meals or guiding is included, this is a do it yourself hunt. The ranch is 1045 acres and you will be the only one's hunting that weekend. Minimum of 2 hunters. This hunt is for 1 Gobbler each. Hunt starts Friday and ends Sunday with 2 night lodging.
50% Deposit required to book hunt.
2 Hunters cost is $350.00 each
3 Hunters cost is $300.00 each

These are the 2 dates I have open but I'm not Turkey hunting every weekend. Got to save some weekends in April for Bass fishing,,

50% on mature birds is probably a good average. Some years are better than others. Should be a good Spring hunt this year. Seeing birds regularly and I usually have more move in during Spring...All that being said, it's just hunting, nothing is guaranteed, but I wouldn't be trying to sell hunts if I didn't think a fella didn't have a pretty decent chance at a bird..
