Starting our season first weekend in Feb and every weekend thereafter till it gets to hot, usually the end of June. We will be hunting on 750+ acres, all in the Sabine River Bottom, in Panola Co., just 5 miles north of Carthage. We are currently running 9 feeders all with stands. Groups of 3 but no more than 6 will have the whole place for that group with a paid deposit. We have no lodging or meals, but welcome to camp on site, which is primitive, no water or electric. Hunts will start on a Fri afternoon/evening thru noon on Sun. Cost of hunt is $125 per hunter for the entire hunt, with unlimited hogs and varmits. We like to keep our cost low, but due to the price of corn ($11 a bag) as of now, we had a slight increase this yr. To guarantee a weekend, a $50 non-refundable deposit per hunter must be paid. Just another note and update, we have almost a mile of river frontage with a big creek that runs into the river. Great spot to fish the sand bass and crappie during the lull time. Pretty much have Feb and March booked, pending deposits and already started in April. Just have one weekend in Feb and one in March still open.

Are bows okay there?

Guess I should have stated that in my ad. Yes, bows are good. Since I'm a avid bowhunter, just about all the stands are set up for bow, anywhere from 15 to 25 yds out, also making rifle shots short and sweet. Hogs are pretty smart, but they have yet to figure out the bow thing. Had a bowhunter shoot 4 one morning before they finally figured something wasn't right!!!

Just wanted to update, I am booked up to the end of April. Not going to book any more till we see how we are come April.

We just got back from a hunt out here. Everyone had a great time and Sqiggy and his brother were great hosts. Helped me with a blood trail on a hog in the dark for 1.5 hours on saturday night. Great fishing as well as hog hunting. They weren't moving much this weekend, but we did get one down and lost another. You can't beat a good value and good people. We will definitely book with them again.
