What are yall's thoughts on c'mere deer, I have never used it but a buddy of mine did and said they should name it c'mere cow or c'mere crow. Just curious if anyone has had success with the product

Read the ingredients, it is basically just salt.

Tried it at our lease in South Texas...stayed where we poured it until rain washed it away.

I put out a little a few months ago in a dried creek bed that serves as a crossing for many different species of wildlife. I also put my game cam on it. Within a few hours, I had a fox rolling in it. The next day, I had a few turkeys inspecting it and then a buck came by to have a lick. (We did not even know that we had turkeys on our lease until now). The same day the buck stopped by, it rained and the creek has had water in it ever since. I would say it was working or starting to work but it was only on the ground for 3 days before the rain got to it. I still have a bunch left and I am going to give it a shot next time I go out to the lease.

IMO.... it's a bit pricey! Have had just as good results with less expensive attractants! Currently, I'm using a product called BUCK DRAW. Judging from my 1283 photos off my trail cam, it seems to be doing very well! ! ! !

I had the same question you did. Curious about blocks, ie. salt, protien, etc...

The only attractants I have seen work are sex lures such as Tinks 69! If you want to call deer calls attractants then those work also!

When it comes to food attractants you cant beat good ole corn!!!

It's more like Go Away Deer. There have no need for it at my place. Corn is the best.

Cmere deer is just the oppisite of that. Rundeer~~ However i have used Buck grub and it work great and i used Feeder Fire in a very low density area and it worked great, i have acorn rage in the truck and if it dont work then i will be going back to feeder fire.. Oh and i just put it on the ground..

I have had more success with feeder fire than c'mere deer. Acorn Rage is good, but it's cheaper to go around a couple houses with a bunch of acorns and offer to clean up their acorns for free. You get much much more bang for your buck that way. I have noticed that hogs and cattle do like c'mere deer, though.

I have used the feeder fire also, and I love the smell of it! I cant say I saw anymore deer than I would have without it, but it sure smelled good enough to eat to me!
