I have seen numerous bobcats while hunting. Most of them just not close enough to get pics of or did not have a camera with me. Well yesterday afternoon this cat showed up and was sitting looking at me at 12 yds. No need to crop and barely had anytime to move camera and tripod.  Cat then went into a hunting mode and was moving into taller grass then came back out on the move.   Back in the tall grass and then came out down the road from me about 80 yrds.  Last time I saw the cat it disappeared back in the tall grass.  This is only the second cat I have been able to get pics of in the last 9 years.

That cat caught me off guard and do not really know where he came from. He was looking right at me when I first saw him. Just wished I had my other camera ready and could have got some full, straight on shots. Thanks guys.
