I'd ask him if he's pregnant. He missed a s__tload of periods. I'll take "things that look like a uterus" for $200 Alex.

Sure you can! I've done it myself a couple times! JJ does guided crow hunts. I have never been on a crow hunt myself, but have seen it done. It is entertaining to watch, but I really don't shoot things I don't eat. I'm not sure if you can literally eat crow or not.

It took me a long time to figure out the proper distances on public and for a while I was skyblasting the heck out of them and didn't even know it. The reality really didn't hit home with me just what the after effects of skyblasting are and how many birds fly off never to be retrieved and die until one day after duck season I hit the river bottom below the dam on the Barney for some hog hunting with my bow. What I saw shocked me and I will just let it go at that. Needless to say, it made me rethink my shooting strategy. I don't bring home big numbers but when I pull the trigger now ducks hit the water. I made myself learn to work the birds and I studied a lot of what these guys on this forum wrote about working them and everything I could search and find on the internet. I also made sure I knew what the shotgun was doing at the proper range by pattern testing..... and no, I don't get every bird wings cupped and feet down but if I can get them in under 20 yards circling I'll take'em......Don't be afraid to be unconventional as well. I've pulled birds to me with calls that weren't intended to call the species I was working on more than one occasion and learned this simply because I just happened to have that particular call in my hand when the birds come by and felt if I switched to the proper call they'd get away before I could do anything....My two cents....

Crows have the best eyesight, a suit will help you move easily in the field without having to drag a layout blind i guess.
Whatever worked that day

Sky blasting is where a person simply aims at the sky and pulls the trigger.

Waste of shells... Lord knows I have trouble hitting anything outside of 35 yards, much less 45-50!
 No bad days hunting

Out of range ducks is sky blasting. Lots of new hunters don't know their range and tend to skyblast.

I shoot them along way out... with that said, several years of guideing goose hunts has made me the skybusting ninja, if a bird is directly overhead (like in goose hunting) I am confident I can fold them at 75 yards, I am actually more proficient at this range than "in your face" say what you will but after 30+ years of this madness I am keenly aware of what is a legitimate shot.
