I get in an hour before sunrise. If sunrise is at 7:30 then in in the stand no later than 6:30. Give the woods 30 minutes to settle down before legal shooting light.

I always look foreward to sleeping in a little more as the season goes on but still tend to be in the stand just after 6 am! Maybe Im just more efficient as it winds down!?

Assuming morning hunts....1 to 1.5 hours before sunrise. What he said. Given a clear morning, being in the stand an hour before sunrise puts you there about 30 minutes before what many consider "first light."

I can see to shoot at around 6:30 am, so I get in the stand at 6 to 6:10. In the evenings, I try to get in the stand no later than 4 pm. I can hunt till about 5:45ish. Lately though, the deer are moving earlier, so I try to get in the stand at 3:30 or so. My stands are box blinds, so I'll take a diet coke and a good book and get comfortable.

I feed the road with a road feeder then climb into a stand. I like to be about 10-15 minutes before good shooting light in the mornings. Evenings depend on temps, cloud cover and time of year.

6:36 for me. Remember, the early bird gets the worm. txtrophy85 is saying 6:37 PM and he gets an early start and takes a big ice chest full of adult beverages.
