Never hunted geese. Don't even know the seasons here in eastern Washington....don't care too much for the flavor of duck...are geese better?

I just believe in eating what I shoot and was wondering, that's all.

They fly over my home here like I have never seen.

Thanks,
Shane

Try pounding your duck breast with a meat hammer til there thin then soal on melted butter with salt and pepper to taste and then fry in a HOT cast iron skilltet at most 5 minutes. You want it medium rare- medium. By far my favorite way to cook a duck

If you don't like duck then your prob not going to like geese.
I like to marinate mine in Italian dressing, cube and make kabobs out of it. I also like it chicken fried.
