I got home from work and my son he is 7 comes up to me and says Dad I really want to shoot my first deer so can we go to the deer lease tonight? There is no way I am telling him no. So after packing the truck and a fast shower we made the 4 hour drive gosh I hope this boy kills a deer he is so pumped!!!! We where planing on coming next weekend but he really wants a deer so here we are finger crossed LOL!!!!

Way to keep your priorities in order. I "enjoyed" the Nutcracker at the Birmingham Ballett tonight because my 6 yr old daughter was a mouse. Was supposed to be at ranch today, but you do what you do. Now leaving Tue-- but staying until the end of the Myan Calendar.

Well we had them come in right at dark again. I'm starting to think he has a deer stink on him LOL!!! We have one of the best places in Kendall County and we can't even get a doe close enough for him to shoot.
