Will be in the market for a 2013 year round lease for whitetail, mule deer, turkey, pig, etc. Prefer Foard, Childress, Hall, Motley, Cottle counties. Need electricity and water. Management minded. We don't shoot young deer. (Unless necessary for management.) Family group, three of which are law enforcement officers. Prefer property with combination pasture/grain. Long term contract OK and preferred for the right place. Want to establish relationship with landowner. Thanks for any help.

I am in the process of obtaining a new lease in Cee Vee which I will be the lease manager on. 7000+- acres with river frontage and natural underground springs flowing into river for year round natural water. 1000 acres of wheat broken into several fields. I will let you know later this week how it goes. It will be a five year contract for me and I would be willing to a long term sublease contract.
