I read a lot of complaints about Cherokee County but every year some great bucks are taken out of there.
That is definitely a great buck.

Have hunted Cherokee county for 40 years and havent had many problems. This buck was taken off a lease that is part of the North Neches co-op.74,000 acres of contiguous land that all leases have the same management minimums. The young lady had hunted this buck all season and was patient and it paid off.
If it's not overkill then it's underachievement.
