buy the LEM season from academy grind your deer meat and squeese out on dehydrator useing a jerky cannon.

I use different seasoning mixes from Ps Seasonings off the web. Stuff them in a colligen casing and smoke them. Can't keep them. They get devoured. Made some BBQ flavored ones out of some wild hog couple of weeks ago and they were GOOD.
