I will be leasing an additional 120 acres in Crockett, Texas (Houston County) for an annual hunting agreement. This property has a decent amount of woods on it; It has a good deer and hog population. There is water and electricity on the property that the lessee will need to get transferred to their name. This is a year round lease - not just for deer season. Would like 3 hunters at $1500 per hunter or will lease to 2 hunters for $1800 per hunter. Lease runs from January to December and payment is due in full at time of signing the lease. There will occassionaly be 30 head of cattle on the property.

Typo - it is a one year agreement from January to January. It will cover all of deer season.
