For starters, I barely have a couple bars here in the blind so it takes a few tries to get data messages to go through, but ill try to keep up. Never done this before but I've been in the stand since noon so I'm bored !....grin

Got here at noon, only saw like 2 deer from 8:30 in the morning til 11:30 on the road trip down here, which wasnt very promising, and reflective of the full moon! Been in the stand since noon and haven't seem a single thing. Both feeders were picked clean which is a good sign meaning they've been here since they went off this morning. Feeder #1 just went off and ill keep you guys updated. It's hot as hell in this dark green box blind 16ft in the air!

Good luck with you signal. Yeah I am heading down to corpus for a football game and check the temp down there for game time at 11pm it's supposed to be 70º. I can't believe I'm gonna be wearing shorts to a football game at the end of November. Somthing just ain't right about that!

Yeah tonight feels good, not a lot of wind and the cricketts are singing. I usually see a lot of does just hoping there's a shooter chasing em tonight! One of my favorite things to do is pull the sd card and plug it iny camera to see what's been here in the last two weeks as one I am settled in the blind, I seem to have new bucks rolling through ever two weeks but my sd card is screwed , cam said 308 new pics but its not reading any pics on the card in my handheld. I think this sd card has been accidentally washed too many times in my pants!


Feeder #2 just went off!

I'm just down the road inTerrell county, freaking hot to say the least. I'm wearing shorts and still sweating. No deer seem to be moving here, damn full moon has them playing all night and sleeping all day here.

That does not seem like that many pictures for 2 weeks. What settings do you have your camera on? I set mine for 1 picture a minute an usually have about 1500 after 2 weeks.

Forgot to add, we saw a lot of bucks with does last night on the way here. So some of the areas are getting started with the rut.

Reception went to chit! Man nothing moved until the last 30 minutes of day light, saw 4 does, 1 button buck and 1 small 8 pointer , sure hope the morning is better!

Yeah my deer didn't come in til late too last night. It's so foggy here this morning I can't see more than 60 ft in front on the blind. But that moon sure was bright and no flashlight needed this morning.

Yeah the moon was unreal this morning I could see through my binos like it was dusk and it was 5am. Rattled in two dinks a bit ago, a spike and a small 8 with dark horns, this morning saw 5 doe, none of the deer spent much time eating corn nor did they seem hungry. Must have ate good last night!

Well it sure is a warm one in the stand this afternoon! Sure hope there's more signs of life tonight! Wish I knew where all the bucks I had in here during bow season went, ain't seem hide nor hair of them during daylight! All of oct I was getting between 1000 and 1500 pics on the camera every 2 weeks , since the last week of oct it's petered off to 200-300......WTF?

Amen to the eating good last night. At least it's cold
