I like this rifle specifically so please refrain from suggestions toward the CZ or a different caliber. Just wondering about accuracy and recoil. I know it won't have the accuracy of a 24" barrel or ballistics of a .308. I'm wanting to keep it in the jeep and let the kids shoot at pigs on occasion. Thoughts?

I have this same rifle, i bought it last year put a Nikon monarc 2X7 compact on it and with rem 125sp gets bout 2" at 100, with fed fusions bout 1" at 100. I bought it for my daughter, but she decided the hunting thing was not for her rite now so old dad has kept it for himself. I did shoot a 200# boar last year @ 90 yds and you would have thought he was struck by lighting, using the rem 125's and a head shot. Overall it is a great compact rifle that is super handi in close quaters like a box stand or a buggy it is my go to gun when the shots are less then 100yds. Hope this helps.

Thanks
Doc

At last, someone with first hand experience! I will say, sounds like what I expected. How's the recoil on the kiddos?
