Hogs have been moving at night only latley so after striking out at one feeder I went to another to see if I could find one. In the dark with no flashlight I got up to about 100 yards and could tell there was a hog under the feeder. Stalked up to 60 yards and followed his front leg up and back about an inch and squeezed off a round. He bolted and I lost him, but I could hear him running through the brush and coming right at me, not charging just running for cover. I got a little nervous took a knee and was getting ready to fling a few rounds when I heard him crash right in front of me. He was dead inline with me and only about 30 paces away. He was a brute note the full size truck tailgate he is on. Barnes Blacktip handloads.
