Just got back from my lease in Paintrock, just north of Eden. Not as much chase as I thought. Rut doesnt seem to be in full swing yet. Anyone having any luck?

W3 are about 15 miles north of the Concho county line. Everything is out at night, still seeing some in the day light hours but the heavy traffic is between 9PM and 4AM.

ive had almost nothing moving in daylight hours but the guy that works the land said the first of the week there where deer walkin all the roads. said it took him 20 minutes to go a few miles because the deer wouldnt get out of the way.

Isn't it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back everything is different.

Nowadays people know the price of everything and the value of nothing.

Sounds like he wants you to lease it next year.

Rumor had it they were running hard last week on our place, just south of Paint Rock. Not sure about this week. I am heading up there on Thursday, so hope they are still moving. One of the guys brought back my cards and the bucks were hitting the feeders during daylight last week confused2

Been at our lease since Friday and just got home. Seems very slow. Nothing hitting the feeder, several deer coming in to the corn thrown out in shooting lane. Other than that as slow as I can remember down there. Been hot as hell during the day and I think it's messing with the rut. I am going back down thanksgiving evening thru Sunday and am thinking the "cooler" weather is gonna make a big difference.

Anyone else seeing anything?

Just west here in Tom Green. Movement has been very slow. Needs to hurry up and get cold already.
