5 hunters, all from just outside the Houston area, are desiring a 700+ acre lease in the Hill Country.
We are currently on a lease in Blanco, but do not desire to renew for several reasons (all related to the ever changing, vague logic, and rules of the "ranch manger".)
We are all 30+ year hunters, very responsible, sober, and range in age from 40 to 65.
We desire both a cabin and rv hookups, as 2 of us have our own rvs.
Depending on available game, we are looking at $2500 per gun.
