 Trying to figure out what kind of motion decoy this is...

I seen this on a hunting tv show. They were field hunting ducks up north somewhere. The decoy was simply a black and white circle that spun. It was on a short pole. I don't know if it was wind driven or motorized.
Anyone have an idea of what it is called? Just trying to find some prices on it.

@ kaycee - no, it was on a metal pole, and had a circle frame around the spinning circle which held the rod on which the spinning "flasher" spun on.
@ andrewmac - it is similar to the mojo wing thang, but it is not the same thing. same concept though.

@ kaycee - nope, not that either. It did't fly in the wind. Simply spun on the pole.

I believe it was "The Fowl Life w/ Chad Belding". But I could be wrong, I watch a few different ones...Again they were up north hunting in a field.
It was simply a "flasher". It had a black and white circular disc that spun atop a pole stuck in the ground. Same concept as the wing thang from mojo.
I have tried looking on the internet, but not knowing what it is called, all my searches have failed.
Anyone else have any guesses or ideas?
