Stick a gps sticker on them.

All you need is 1 sticker on the best looking greenhead

That sucks, Corey.

If the guys on here haven't let you borrow enough, I've definitely got some extras you could borrow. Would prob keep me from putting out too many like I usually do.

I was going to leave my deeks at the lease a couple weeks ago but the guys adjacent to us seemed like they were shooting every time we had birds work. At first, we figured it was a coincidence but, the last time we hadn't heard anyone shoot in over an hour when a group of Pintail started working and they blasted away. After that, I wouldn't put it past em.

I've always felt a little weird about worrying about my decoys in the back of the truck. If everybody goes into a gas station I usually stay in the truck if I can't keep an eye on it from inside. I feel perfectly justified now.

Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."

That sucks and thieves suck even more. Another good reason to have a tonneau cover.

Thanks for the offer Jacob. I can just picture somebody opening up the bed cover and just reaching in to get the deeks. Sucks

I couldn't even tell you, just opened up the cover of the truck one day and they weren't there.

Buy a portable gas can and half fill it with water and leave to be stolen in back of your truck. Thats what i did after getting hit. I lose about a can a year and i know karma works.

Karma.

It always comes back to the people who steal. Whether it will be the shotgun that gets plugged with mud and blows up or the boat motor that blows up out in the middle of a lake.

It will come back to those sorry thieves.

Hate to hear about your decoys getting ripped off. mad

Not that it would prolly help, but I have my name and the date they were bought on the bottom of all my decoys. It is a small world and you never know who might see your name on the bottom of some friends new decoys

That's pretty terrible. Did you have 'em marked in any way on the bottoms? We can all keep an eye out on Craigslist etc if they have some identification.

That would be karma! Sorry to hear about your loss. I am going to put a tag on mine this weekend since I bought a bunch of new ones during the offseason.

I had somebody steal my trailer once. Before they drove off in it they loaded it up with my craftsman tool box (full of tools), my waders, 6 or 7 dozen dekes, some other stuff too. A year later the cops came across my trailer when arresting someone on a warrant. He was a meth head they said. I got my trailer back, that was nice.

Corey, where you live, it dont surprise me. I sold some to a young Aggie guide last season, dirt cheap, after he was riped off. I take my decoys out after every hunt. Put them in a nice safe place, where ol Zeke can hear! He barks then, well, it's Texas. That is a from experience. You learn alot as a young and up coming guide. Your decoys, they are your money maker. As a guide, treat them as you would your hunting dog or child. Ya. I'm getting on to you. Why, you made a mistake and I know your better then that. If you need some decoys I'll loan you some to finish off this season. I know, you can be the best guide in this state. I got some GHG's just sitting in my decoy room. Let me know what you need. If anyone wants to committed on how I talked to Corey, blow it out your.... I know this young guided and call him my friend. I've seen young guides come and go he's a keeper. PM me if I can help ya.
