I was having a conversation with a friend of mine the other day about which gun we prefer to shoot the most. Now for me it is hands down my GSG 1911-22. The 22 for me is the best of both worlds the ammo is priced just right and the fundamentals of shooting are the same for any gun so why not reenforce the fundamentals at an affordable price. Now don't get me wrong if I have the opportunity to shot a large caliber gun you know I'm gonna. So what is your favorite gun and caliber to shoot?

Tie between my Sig 226 in 9mm or my Magpul Colt 6920 in .223. But if forced to choose I choose the Colt.

My favorite to shoot and favorite guns arent always the same. Right now, I really like shooting my 10.5" SBR'd AR, holds around 1" at 50(I know its not a 100) and rings steel all day at 200...not bad for a 10.5" barrel I think. My favorite is my rem 700 in 270, never will part with it.

im pretty fond of my marlin 336 and my late fathers pre 64 win 94... I also really enjoy shooting my 6in gp-100... that gun makes me look like a good shot with a hand gun.
learn something new everyday and you will have never wasted a day.

Over the last few years i have done alot of trading trying to get the guns i really enjoy and have gone through nearly every model glock on the market and finally decided i like springfield much better...
I'm a fan of my springfield xdm collection. The 5.25 competition model 9mm is a superb pistol! The 3.8 compact .45 is alot of fun And my new found XDS is cool too!
I really like shooting my AR but 6.8 gets expensive! Once i build another .223 rifle i will get to enjoy it more.

My favorite might be a little different, I bet. It is the rat terrier of pistols. IMO bigger than the sum of its parts. When it first came on the scene there were pretty wild stories on the internet regarding it. It is not magic but it is remarkable. FN 5.57x28. I also have the P90 but thr pistol is my favorite Rusty Texas, I luv u

My High Standard H-D Military .22 pistols. Fun and cheap to shoot. Teamed with a classic Heiser laced holster it dosen't look bad either.
I've had many favorites and they change frequently but the HS has stayed the longest.

My Sako TRG 42 in 300 Win Mag is still my favorite. It has a new 29" barrel now and slings the Hornady 225 grain BTHP at 2802 fps. It hits so hard! All the way out past a mile.
Pistol- all my Glocks- G35, G20, and G29.

1917 Eddystone Arsenal that has been my go to hunting rifle for almost 50 years everywhere in North America. And then, there is my sweetheart Colt Python.

Marlin 336 in 38-55. Mild recoil and slings that 38 caliber bullet far. Plus its cool having a cartridge that's over 100 years old and still strong

It's a toss up between my Springfield 1903-A3 and any one of the M1 Garands. At least they are both the same cartridge.

Again it depends. What are you shooting at? Targets, small game, large game, dangerous game. I have a different gun for every occasion. I sure as he.. would not want to meet a gang of bad guys if I had a 25 auto. At the same time a 45 would not make me feel safe in a confrontation with a Grizzly.

There has to be one that is special to you or gives you more enjoyment when shooting it...

Hands down my Sako 85 Finnlight in .300 Win Mag. Was able to adjust the trigger down to a crisp 1.7 pounds and shoots half inch groups all day. Great hunting rifle!

As of right now it is my 270 win in a Rem Sendero.
It kinda alternates around which one I have th emost faith in. It used to be my 300 wby but I havent shot it much in the past couple years and have lost confidence in it. If I load some up for it and concentrate on it for a while, Im sure it would only take 2 or so shooting sessions to make it the first one I reach for again, pluss it has a better scope on it.
