Stephens county buck from 2010-This is the best buck I have seen on the place I hunt. Last year was very slow and opening weekend this year was full of young bucks and does. Hoping this weekend will be better.

Too bad all those big yellow cats along with all the other fish died in the golden algae bloom a few months ago.

Yeah I heard that from a guy last weekend. Has any fish came back that you know of or are they still gone?

Haven't heard of anybody trying yet. The yellow cats won't be back unless there's a big enough flood to get them back upstream

I did. See a few deer but not the movement it was last weekend. I guess cause of the war weather it seems like they have slowed a little.

I hunted this last weekend and as outdoorsman54 said, not near the movement as the pervious weekend. All I saw was a couple of young does.

I live out here so I hunt everyday. Hunting right now even. Deer moment was great for 3-4 after the cold front. Was seen 5-10 does and 3-4 bucks every hunt. Has really slowed up this past weekend. Seeingn1-3 does and maybe 1 buck. Haven't seen much chasing yet either.
