 Daughter got her first buck- Menard Co. 8

My youngest finally decided she wanted to deer hunt earlier this year, she turned 18 this year graduated and we moved her off to College in August, her fever has been building and this weekend was her first hunting trip. We sat Fri. evening and Sat. AM and saw a solid OLD 8 but not impressive enough to be my one allowed trophy off this lease, then last night at 5:30 this one came up the draw trashing every tree he past, once he cleared the brush she put it on him with the 7mm-08, perfect heart shot at 138 yards! Her big sis and brother in law were there to share this fine family moment, her sis killed her first buck 9 years ago with the same rifle and the bro in law used it to take a Corsican ram last fall.
