I've read the regulations for hill county but need some clarification. It says no anterless permit required during general season. I know it's a dumb question but is it ok to take a doe? I was always under the impression during the general season it was buck only..any other interpretation ?

yes, you may take a doe during the general season as well as the special late general season which is antlerless and spike buck only

Hunting Hill county tonight and if a big square head shows up she goes home with me!
Big ones line-up, little ones bunch-up
