I hunt in an AR county...I'd like y'all to age this one and see what you think about if he's legal or not..the date is wrong on the pic..this pic is from late Oct. of this year

my concern is the difference in the left side and right side spread..

id say hed make it....hard to tell age but hes 3 at least

His head is slightly turned which I think throws the angle off somewhat, I'm thinking even with his ears. Would be to darn close for me to pull the trigger given that photo. He sure is a nice looking buck and certainly will look nice next year.

i think he'd make it and agree he's probably 3, but has some cool characteristics and would be worth it to me to pass and see what he turns into.

I'm really picky! If I can't see at least an inch or so daylight between the ears and mainbeam I won't shoot!

Nice buck, hard to tell the age from that picture....Good mass, but the face looks young, narrow. Maybe 3.5 but don't hold me to it. Not sure of your hunting situation, but he would get a walk where I hunt, unless there were more pictures that proved different.

I'd age him at 2.5, 3 would be top of the range for me. Narrow face and thin thru neck and shoulders from what I am seeing. I don't think he would make 13 but it would be close. Having said that I would allow a pass for at least a year, probably two depending on what I saw from him next year. Shows a lot of potential to me.

Bucks is very thin in the brisket, neck and shoulder area for me to a call him anything but a 2 yr old. I don't see him being over 12 1/2" inside.

Too close to take a chance.

$1100. is what i was told it will cost you if he's not wide enough. Not worth the chance.
