IMHO, couple of their (ElmFork, 100 yard) rifle range observers dont know much outside of .223 and .308 calibers. Even though they clam that they are pro, but their answers dont correlate. Cannot call them "range officers", just "observers".
Seems to be they always suspect you going to pull something stupid, even if they saw you multiple times, or worse - you going to ask them something they dont know.
They had couple of very reliable guys but I dont see them since mid 2011.
Pistol range is in good standing.
Shotgun range is a coin toss. Some observers just cannot leave you alone. They have to follow you and remind that you supposed to say "pull", load shotgun inthe cage only, dont wait too long to shoot at target,etc. Mostly 20-something weekend kids, who just got their range safety certificate. And they are gone in 2-3 month, replaced by new nuisance.
In general good range though. With good potential.

around that landfill on 121 it gets very foul air I hope they are not too close.

I'd also like to know if the range in Mellisa is open yet. I live (just moved) in Princeton, and there is an old gun range on 380 between McKinney and Princeton and I always wondered why it was shut down.

I liked it cause you accidently drop, say, a few shotgun hulls or a golf ball at the base of the targets and shoot them for fun
