Anyone have any input on the public deer hunting areas in texas or know of any good areas? Such as Lake Meredith?

Twin Buttes Res. in San Angelo has a few thousand ac. you can hunt for 40.00 pass. Shotgun only.

Lake Whitney has some decent areas. It is bow only.
