This year it is all of a sudden LAW.
Been that way for years now...... Thank you for your educational input on this matter. It will be noted and used to better mankind in the future. yup, the only way a GW is gunna see that big pile of birds with them party hunters is someone shot more than they was sposed to! Its all about the ticket and whos gunna get it. separate yore birds and you arent party hunting, you know who shot what. Your party hunting and your breaking the LAW, jack

I have never met one person in 38 years of duck hunting who recieved a ticket for a pile of birds, not one. I don't know anyone personally that has received one. I was told once the GWs like the separated birds and did it when I was hunting the coast.
I have... 3 of them. I posted about it several pages back.

LAWBREAKERS deserve the tickets. If your birds aren't separate, then someone shot over their limit - FACT. You cannot disprove and that's why you will get nailed. perhaps you should enroll in philosophy 101 at your local JC. your deductive reasoning is lacking. if more than 6 birds are shot, a larger than 6 bird pile will be made. if 2 hunters combine piles, a pile of more than 6 birds will be made. therefore if a pile of more than 6 birds is produced, someone shot more than 6 birds. Socrates would slap you in the mouth.
