WHY LEASE PROPERTY WHEN YOU CAN OWN YOUR OWN... 700 ACRES WITH A CABIN WITH WATER, ELECTRICITY, A/C, 3 BLINDS, THREE FEEDERS AND FOUR WATER TROUGHS. IT IS LOCATED ONE WEST OF DRYDEN. WE HAVE NO EASEMENTS ON THE PROPERTY OTHER THAN ELECTRICAL AND WATER. WE HAVE INSTALLED 4500FT OF UNDERGROUND WATER LINES TO FEED THE TANKS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CALL 830-377-5388.. WE ARE ASKING 400 AND ACRE. IT WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE TO SPLIT WITH A BUDDY. IT DOES HAVE MULEDEER OCCASSIONALLY, WHITETAIL, TURKEY, JAVALINA AND PLENTY OF QUAIL. THE CABIN IS 18X10 INSULATED WITH WINDOWS ELECTRICITY AND WATER. THE BATHROOM HAS A TOILET, SHOWER AND SINK. THE CABIN IS SET UP TO SLEEP FOUR. THANKS

I have hunted Dryden with an outfitter. It is the only place I have shot a mule deer and the first javelina I have taken. Also if you want quail, this is the place.

Great Blue Quail area as well as wild "mexican" goats in the canyons. I hunted years ago SW of Dryden at a place that had an old sheep ranch setup. My grandfather "house sat" the place part time. Good times.
Do they still have the little airstrip south of town?
