Nope, decoys sometimes won't work either. You are either where they want to be or not.

Just leave the mojo, I hate them things. How many ducks have you seen hovering 3 feet above water for hours straight? I think the ducks catch on to them

I've had a bunch of woodies land 2 feet from my mojos in Arkansas so I say they wouldn't hurt.
