Yeah, I saw that. Actually, I know a few deer breeders and vets in the area that I could borrow one from.

Can you imagine stuffing that sucker into the trunk of a Dodge Charger, or in the backseat, behind the cage? LOL.

30 yrs ago had a buddy tell me about some guy that was a known young kid poacher who pulled up the local hangout after dark one night with a poached deer in his trunk. He got to bragging about it after some beers when his car trunk started rocking and rolling. When he opened the trunk the buck jumped out of it and ran down the main drag in town! His trunk was covered in blood, hair, pizz and carp.

My HS campus was open. No hallways or corridors. Every topic had it's own building.

Anyway, we had a known poacher in my class. He's now in prison. We got to school one morning and he had a buck hanging in an oak tree in the main courtyard while he gutted and skinned it.

Yes, that got him the boot.

Oh and he went to prison for stealing dynamite for a local rock quarry. He didn't get caught stealing it. He got caught trying to put it back. Ooops.

is he close enough to my place off 150 to make a trail of corn to get him to come over and say hi?

there are some monster axis in Ruby also, they used hang out in this one yard all the time. They are the biggest I have ever seen.

At least 3 men that I remember got busted bow hunting my neighborhood in San Antonio growing up. Pretty big deer, all fenced in the middle of the city. It was just too tempting, I guess.

Hollywood Park and Shavano had some decent deer. An old cop I know had to rope one that went blind and wondered out on to the over pass over 281. He said it was every bit of 160.

indian corn might do it or buck crack. the key is to give it to more free at first and get them hooked.

How 'bout if I dress in tights and play a flute while skipping down the road to your place? Kinda like the pied piper of deer.

well you might get desk duty for a while until the psyche evaluation came back and you would have to carry a wooden gun for a while.

We were at Wurzbach and Lockhill Selma in Elm Creek. Basically a HFd neighborhood. Deer population grew so fast that ever few years they had to trap and relocate them.

Looks like he's posing. Reminds me of a mechanical deer the Game Warden would use.

Give me a diablo sandwich, a Dr. Pepper, and make it quick, I'm in a gosh-darn hurry.
