 Hunting Education ID Question

I recently got my ID and I decided to laminate it so it won't get wet or tore up. Then my friend saw it and said I shouldn't laminate it as like other card issued by the Federal/government like the SS card. Is this true?

Ours in Missouri are like a credit card. Has your name, conservation number, DOB, and hunter ed number on it.
Also has a magnetic strip - just swipe it thru the scanner, verify the accuracy, and all need info is automaticly printed on the permit. Makes permit purchases MUCH EASIER than in some states I have purchased licenses.

I had mine laminate and get checked every year and not one game warden said anything to me
17. Signature images may not be larger than 600 pixels wide by 125 pixels tall.

Laminated mine in 1989 and still have it and never even had a warden ask me for it but I have it and its laminted with tape! Lol did it when I was a kid.

If your HE cert number appears on your license, you don't even need the card.
