I recently got my ID and I decided to laminate it so it won't get wet or tore up. Then my friend saw it and said I shouldn't laminate it as like other card issued by the Federal/government like the SS card. Is this true?

Ours in Missouri are like a credit card. Has your name, conservation number, DOB, and hunter ed number on it. Also has a magnetic strip - just swipe it thru the scanner, verify the accuracy, and all need info is automaticly printed on the permit. Makes permit purchases MUCH EASIER than in some states I have purchased licenses.

If your HE cert number appears on your license, you don't even need the card.

If your HE cert number appears on your license, you don't even need the card. Unless you go out of state? Correct?

Mine is laminated, right or wrong. If wrong, I'll get another.
My botnet is bigger than yours.
