Sweet! Got any interior pics yet? Pretty soon. No electricity, battery powered lights, toilet but no shower. 2 futons and one of the best views around.

Looks good Don. One thing about the hills is you will always have some sort of breeze on that ridge. Black plastic water hose run on the ground will make plenty of hot water for a shower.
