Hey guys, Bushnell Trophy Cam finally cashed it in yesterday after five years of good use. Looking to replace with something in the $150-200 range and wanted to see what other suggestions were out there. Thanks.

I don't have a suggestion on what to buy, however, I will suggest you stay away from wildgame innovations. I have had the worst luck with their cameras and the customer service is atroshis. Don't take my word for it check out reviews on here and else where. You can even go to their own Facebook page and read what customers put on there. Seems they delete the bad stuff during the week nut on the weekends it doesn't get deleted. Just saying I don't have money to just throw away. Just my opinion,

Thanks for the info, I was looking at one of their new ones but was a little skeptical as my father in law has been through a few.

I just bought one of those Bushnell Trophy Cams from Academy. I honestly thought nothing could be worse then those Moultries I have been using, but I was wrong. I took it back after the second day. I set it all up, hung it up in a tree. When I came back the next day, it had one picture of my ugly mug watching to make sure it worked. The next day I placed it in a different location, walked by it about 50 times. When I checked it again, it wouldn't even turn on. So, now I am back to looking for something that will work. I think these are the best or at least you would think they were for the price http://www.gandermountain.com/modperl/pr...ID=GSHOP_427421 but who wants to pay that much!

My son had a tasco, and hunting partner has a primos. Don't have real results from promises yet, he put it out this week, but so far the tasco had produced obetter than I thought. I have moultire and its ok. Not best but so far better than wildgame.

Right now, I don't see that I'll ever run anything other than the Primos TruthCams. This may change of course, but I'm loving the quality and battery life on the two we're running. The newer of the two will take up to 30,000+ pics on one set of batteries and we never get black pics or whiteouts with them.

Thanks for all the help guys, gonna pick up one of the primos cams tomorrow. Yesterday was miserable as I had left my camera out for a month without being able to check it because of football season and found it with zero pics. Just two weeks before it had over 200.

I didn't have a break in weather to put corn in front of any of mine so for 2 weeks they've been sitting empty; will be curious to see how well they trigger w/ deer just passing by.

Don't Forget to put a lock box on them. Seems Camera Theft is more common than ever.

I'll never buy another Cuddebak.

Currently, I have been pleased with Moultrie D55IRs. I now am running 5 of them and am pleased with their performance and battery life. They run between $90 and $100 each.

Find one your interested in and read the online reviews. I have done this on some items in the past. Sometimes it works. Will definitely point you in the right direction. None will be trouble free and not all will like any one product. If there is a bad product out there there will be alot of bad reviews.
