I'm new to bow hunting. Is there anyone in the ft worth area that would-be willing to spend the time to help me PROPERLY tune my bow? I have everything needed except the knowledge.
I'm in benbrook but don't have a big enough yard to do it however there are a couple of big parks near by.
Thanks

I wasn't looking for a shop. I want someone to show me how to do it and take the time to explain it to me.

Its hard to do without a press or shop, and a range that is long enough for the distances you want to shoot. Also there are different types of tuning, ie broadhead, paper tuning.

Thanks Are you looking for a coach? Or, are you just wanting to get your bow tuned? Not really sure at this point what you are asking or trying to accomplish. What bow do you have, and the equipment that is on your bow? Which arrows are you shooting? Which release? Are you already a hunter, or just getting into hunting with a bow?

I've had it for 3yrs but this is my first time to hunt with it. I'm mostly looking for a coach. I shoot it well but want want more insight on the ins and out.....what makes it work...and I learn and retain info better by hands on rather than just reading. It's a Diamond Black Ice QAD rest Tru glo sights. Cheap release that will be getting replaced next week. Cabelas 400 arrows Rage broad heads
I was pulling great groups but now its not shooting as good. Had to replace the string on the rest last week.
My bottom pin seems to have changed to my 20yd pin and I know that's not right. I'm guessing either my rest or my sight got knocked outtawhack.
I know a shop will fix it but I want more understanding of how it all works together.
I do have an offer down the hwy from me.

Just send me a pm.

just seeing this thread. make sure you don't go to any park and shoot your bow or you may end up with a big fine and losing your gear...possibly even jail time.
find an archery range in ft worth and go there to get some practice and instruction if you can't find anywhere safe and private to go.
