  I had to replace the aluminum funnel at the bottom of my feeder barrel today. Check this out.

I use a spintech and have had this feeder up for about 3 years. I am certain it was not shot as well. The funnel is aluminum so I assume it was the squirrels. I went to fill my feeder and corn started to pour out the side.

I've had squirrels eat the plastic funnels but not the metal ones.

Went on line and read about Squirels chewing through aluminum patio furniture....I have a ton of squirels.

What ever it was, I bet it regrets is now.
The wild life of today is not ours to do with as we please. The original stock was given to us in trust for the benefit both of the present and the future. We must render an accounting of this trust to those who come after us.

I am glad you posed that a year back mine was looking the same. I was tryn to figure out the what the hell eat mine. That is so crazy. Eat the solar panel off my ontime feeder. I was pissed those are not cheap guard on it this year.

It was Squirrels... Just think if the feeder would have gone off at the same time. That mayhem would have been priceless witness!!!

Looks like squirrels, if you don't have a varmit guard on then you might want to try slidding large pvc pipe onto the legs of your feeder, they can't climb them then. They chewed up my aluminum spinner on my feeder ,I replace it with stainless steel spinner.
Courage is being scared to death and saddling up anyway
