 Mills County Deer lease -$1000

I have a spot open on my ranch near Caradan,TX. This includes deer stand and feeder already set up. THis would be good for 1 person or Father/son. This is on a 450 acre property. I have 3 other hunters on the property that have been on for several years. Water/electricity hook up available. 254-722-3014 Bryan

$1000. The camping spot would be extra to cover electric.
Family environment no heavy drinkers/partiers.

what about a husband/wife and would it be bow hunter friendly?? do you have any pics of deer on the place and is it a year lease??

This is a year lease for this season.This is my personal stand hat I am leasing. Its just a typical low fence hill country type place. But the deer seem to be getting better in our area.  My neiigbor killed this across the fence  this was killed 2 years ago by youth  found this one

Yes, Husband/wife is ok. This is limited to a designated stand that I have shown in the post.
also there is currently no other hunters camping on the place.

If I weren't on a lease already I'd jump on it. Hunted Mills Co. several years ago and it was great. Tons of deer. At least there was back then.
