I have some mature Does running around on my place. One has a set of twins that just lost their spots, she's older. Should I take her out if possible ? Is like to take her during bow season if it is legal . I hunt in Hopkins County on private family land.

I'm leaving work early on Friday, and have Monday off (self employed helps). Will be camping Friday, & Saturday, night and hope to bag a nasty old, gray-faced, tattered ear, doe. Honestly, I'd rather see an old doe than a good buck. I have plenty of time during rifle season to get a buck.

Like many others, I will be playing "squirrel" about 20 ft. off the ground. Hope the mosquitoes are not bad this year, but with the recent rain, I think the Thermacell is going to be running the entire time.

Good luck to everyone this season, and may your arrows fly straight & true!

Leavin work Friday and headin to young county, been waiting since the end of season last year. Check the cameras and we've have just about everything coming in from pigs to a grey fox, I'm so excited it hard to focus on work. Every one be safe and shank a giant!

Same thing here. Heading down Friday evening. I may not be able to sit still Sat morning. We've had a lot of action on the cameras and some decent bucks showing up for sure. No pigs on this lease that we've seen but a coon or two might get an arrow too.... smile

Hope ya'll guys get a good one!

I'll be playing husband during opening weekend....hopefully I'll get a chance to sneak down to the ranch for a day and have a couple of sits in the bow blind.
