Neighbor did not want this building anymore.I thought it might be a good place for hunters to stay with a little work. The wife, people who gave it to me and many more did not think I could move it. Ha Ha

Throw you a window or two, and it'll be good to go!

hope you didnt have to go far.... because you were not goin fast lol I will have to cut the fence to get to my place, cut a bunch of trees, smooth out some washes. I am not going to break any speed limits out in the pasture. The dozer was the only thing I have that will pull it and do the road work necessary to get it there.

That's a great neighbor, should make a nice cabin. Can't beat the price either!

Tons of potential and only limited by your budget and imagination.

That looks a little too easy! You need something that requires 2-3 months work to get ready, ha ha ha! From the picture it looks like it has a sound roof as well.
I agree you hit the jackpot.

I see nothing wrong with that at all... I can defiantly say I’ve stayed in a lot worse than that over the years!!!

I was given the building because it is at a ranch that the parents passed away and was not longer used. I bought an old trailer that was originally used to haul dozers. Welded four 8 inch puring on the bed to get height over the tires. Now I would have to raise the building up at least 2ft. to get it on the trailer. How to do that? I had a brain storm in the middle of the night. I have a dozer, dig a hole deep enough for the trailer to be at the same level as the building. So I dug a ramp, got the trailer the same as the building, put a cable around it, greased the purling and pulled it on the trailer. I love it when a plan come together. Now all I have to do it cut trees and fence and figure out where I want to set it.
