Love them! Good high fences make for good neighbors! Oh also prefer when they are less than 10 acres, you know so it's a little easier. I'd sure hate to miss and have the deer run off.

I didnt really mind high fences until my home place in Jack County got high fenced on every side but the highway its small and i never seen anything huge on it but i killed pigs and deer on it every year off my back porch until the fence went up but what can you do, i know its just another way to make money but i dont think it is right to be able to contain our natural resources like that IMO

Guess now you have a HF place all to yourself. Big deer should be running everywhere There are actually alot of places that have been HF'ed by their neighbors that turned it into a great place. Ask Amos

I propose that,to shorten these threads, we just establish three categories: 1)I love HF and it's just the same as LF hunting-you jealous feeder-hunting hypocrite.; 2)I hate HF because any idiot knows it is not really hunting. They are cheating shortcuts fencing in deer owned by the people and should be banned; and 3)I do/don't like them myself but hey,it's your property so "Can't we all just get along??" Now,everybody just type in 1,2, or 3 and "Voila!"-instant shorter HF threads.
I learned long ago you can't reason someone out of something they don't reason themselves into.

Ask Amos we got high fenced in. hunting didnt' change
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

..... i dont think it is right to be able to contain our natural resources like that IMO IMHO - Game animals seem to be the state's natural resouce only when the state needs to make $$$$. Any other time they are the domain of the person with the highest fence and the hunter with the biggest bank account.....

My opinion might change depending on whether or not I have a key to the gate!
