If I had to bet, I'd say yes. I shot one a couple of years ago in Uvalde County (no ARs) that looked smaller than that one by a decent chunk and it was 12.75. But I can't tell how large bodied that buck is, and when you're trying to peg an inch or less in spread, that's important.

I think he'll make it. I have a 9 point on the wall that looks almost identical to that deer and he was 14 1/2".

Yeah, my very unqualified opinion is that he will clear 13". Imma say he's 5.5, but that's mainly because of his body fat%. Could be a year either side of that. Hope he has his affairs in order, because this needs to be his last winter.
