I am wanting to buy a remington long action stock for a rem. 7mm. wanting to trade from synthetic to wood. If anyone knows where one is for sale i would greatly appreciate the help.

Should be easy to find, Boyds, Stockys, or there is a place in Montana that makes wood stocks with aluminum bedding blocks.

Of course that last option is not cheap but they are very good stocks http://www.aigunstocks.com/in-stock/

Try the local gun shows. There are usually quite a few 700 take off stocks for sale at the shows. I know there is a Market Hall show later this month.

Richards Has some beautiful wood, but they take a bit of work fitting and finishing. Boyds is about as painless as it gets, highly recommend either one.
