Texas parks and wildlife has a listing for Javelina in Llano county.
Open Season: October 1-February 24. Bag Limit: 2.
I hunt north of the air port in Llano but have never seen one (got plenty of hogs). Anyone ever taken Javelina in Llano county?

I had a group of 12 of them move in on our place in Burnet County last year, so yeah I imagine they have em in Llano. Fell lucky you have a season for them, Game Warden told me I couldnt touch them due to Burnet County not having a season.

My dad lived west of Llano south of 29 just past the Brady cut off. We had one group come through his place about 4 years ago.

One was shot in Lampasas county years ago, across from the old Lemons Camp.

Have killed them not far from there so it's definately possible.
I didn't learn this by seeing it on TV, I learned it by doing it.

Well maybe I'll get lucky and see some this year. I've got two weeks worth of pics on the game cam. I'm leaving now to go check them.
