Ok guys, this is kind of a different deal than the traditional season lease or day lease. We have 3,000 acres in Bowie County, north of De Kalb on the Red River. We do not want to lease out for a season. However, I would like to find 8-10 guys that want to hunt it on Thaanksgiving Thursday through that following Sunday. It is an AR county, so each hunter could take 4 deer total over the 4 days. It was season leased last year, but hunted with minimal pressure. Propery consists of 1,000 acres of farm ground, the rest is woods and pasture. There is a house, but hunters need to bring bedding and food. No harvest restrictions on our end, just TP&W's need to be followed. Would like to get $500/gun. PM me if you have a group seriously interested. Thanks!

Do you have blinds and feeders? Any Bow hunting range?

There are 2 tripods on the place. Bow hunting is an option. This is a really good property.
