Which seems to be producing the best shooting so far this year, morning or evening?

All depends where you go. Had a great showing this morning but let my daughter take the first shots. I have had success at the same spot morning or evening. Afternoons they just stop flying though.

Right place at the right time if you ask me. Both can be good

I am Gunna go out later this afternoon and see. Seemed like yesterday they really did t start flying till about 10.

As I was picking mojo and decoys up seemed liked they flew in 4-5 at a time. Of course I didn't have my gun with me

Where I was yesterday had decent birds flying when I got there around 530, and they completely shut off by 7

I used to hunt both, but quit doing mornings about 8 years ago. 1. because I never had much luck on the mornings, and 2. I have to get up at 5 am during the week for work, so I sleep in when I get the chance.

The place I've hunted the last 5 years is always better in the morning.

we shot 30 on sat and 45 on sunday both hunts we in the afternoon.

Been out 4 days.

2 limits in the morning.
2 limits in the afternoon.
