Any reports in Wichita Fall?

Have t seen as many in town lately, since all these cold fronts!! Heading out to the prop in iowa park inthe am. I did a job out there earlier this week and it was aways out in the country and he was covered up in them!!

That's good we have land n Iowa Park also.

What about the Munday area?

I've got a few properties north and south of munday, I'd be curious how the weather has been and what the dove #s look like.

i was in abilene thur and fri!!! seen quite a few dove in between wichita and abilene!!

The consensus of the coffee shops in the area is birds are scarce. There are some around but the numbers are off. Most are hoping wx fronts bring birds in. Keep the Faith.

how did every one do!!

i hunted outside of Iowa Park and its was a steady !! got out there by 600 and set up. by 10 i was on my way home with 8!! i prob could have limited out if i was a better shot!! missed more then i wished. i wanted to stay out till i limited or ran outta shells, but took my daughter with me and she was ready to go!! so before i ruined a great hunt and a great morimg by getting a teenageer an attitude by being bored i decided to finish off morning with some breakfast!!!

i musta done good cuz she told me she had a good time!! dont get to hear that very often!!


my friends hunted Mankins and out of 7 people they only shot 6

Talked to a friend from burkburnett and he sad they shot 30 in a few hours!!!

Hunted near Burk. Got out there late - about 9 and was done by 1130. Had to run off several poachers when I showed up.

I can help you keep them poachers away.

Went out this eve and got 5 in 2 hrs. Again wish I would have spent the off season shooting!!

We did really well around Holliday and Iowa park. We have a lot of fields and had to search hard the birds are scattered. A lot of them moved out after the rain. When we found them in a field it was covered. I had a group of 13 limit in an hour.

Hunted Vernon Area for third year in a row at the same place. this was the worst out of the three. Very few birds flying at all and the ones that were are scattered from what we could see. Still had a good time as always.

man the last 3 years, since i got into hunting, i can honestly say i have never shot a limit!!! maybe one day!!!i do need to do some shooting in the off season!!


but regardless i still enjoy my self out in the bush!!

I didn't get a chance to go but a lease member said it was slow just south of Wichita a couple of miles. We usually have a ton of birds but he only shot 9.

We did great in clay/archer co. 10 limit a day average for our fields.

i hunted in Olney this weekend. i got my limit openin mornin by 9:20. out of 12 hunters about 9 of us got limits by the end of the day
