Getting ready for next weekend! Hoping this works, don't know why it wouldn't...can't find anyone that says they don't... It stands 13' and the base is a 5 gal bucket with 40# of sacrete. Trunk is 2" PVC to 1" PVC with 1/2" limbs. I've got it to where it will break down to 3 sections and then the limbs will detach also.

Holy smokes. Cool but what type of situation are y'all hunting to need one of these? A mojo or two a foot or two off the ground has worked for me for 7 years. If the birds weren't there nothing would work.

Plan on using it in a field...shouldn't be too bad, I'll just drive the truck up to where I want to put it and set it out. I'm too lazy to carry it anywhere... .
I plan to run the mojo on top and one on the ground.

I made one on a much smaller scale about 4 years ago, worked great. I'm sure yours will.

One note for all if there is a wind blowing face the decoys into the wind that is what I have seen the doves do.

I am going to make one of these I think. I am going use some 2X4 and make a concrete square for my anchor instead. I don't want to have to lug around a 5 gallon bucket of concrete...LOL

I used and old rod spike I made for the anchor. It's got alumuninum angle iron attached to a 1.5" PCV rod holder. Used 1" on the tree itself like folks on here and the tree base will fit in there. Pound the holder in and slip the tree in it. Made the branches but didn't glue them so I can just use 1/2 the height if I walk with it. Thanks for the pictures and good tips.
