When I'm just wearing a t-shirt I either carry in my pocket or with an IWB holster depending on what gun I'm carrying.

I carry a Commander size .45 in a Milt Sparks Versa Max 2. With a good gun belt and the IWB holster you can conceal a pistol under a t-shirt and shorts comfortably.

Most pairs of khaki's I wear or my Dickie's blue jeans fit pistols nicely.

The trick is having a good belt. I like Wilderness belts. I often wear the Frequent Flyer design or the Instructor belt.

I'm a small guy, 5'10" @ 130lbs. winter time, its a full size 1911 in a shoulder rig or a high riding IWB. Summer is PM9 or the Sig P938 both with a low riding IWB and those are with a tshirt and shorts. Little to no print at all with just a tshirt, as long as the shirts is longer than my belt loops.

In cold weather while wearing a jacket I carry a 1911 in a high riding low profile leather holster that a friend of mine made for me. I can also get away with a Glock 23 in a blackhawk serpa paddle holster. For hot weather I carry a Diamondback DP9 in an IWB holster.

Ditto - I carry a Glock 23 in a Comp-Tac Minotaur. Works great.

Glock 35 with Surefire X300 in a kydex holster I make, year round. Conceals well under just a t-shirt (dark colors prefered) at 4 o'clock. Spare mag and cuff case also kydex at my 9.

IWB holster .380lcp

Same here. Depending upon attire, I either have an LCP in a pocket, or a CZ75D PCR at 4 o'clock without a holster. If I am feeling frisky, a G23 at the same place. Holsters in cooler weather.

Buy your shorts a size bigger or lose some weight. Then carry IWB in a holster. Or I use a close fitting OWB holster covered by a t-shirt or polo. I've never found carrying any size of gun to be uncomfortable, but I am aware it is there. Holster should be worn with a good belt. A simple black leather belt with some decent thickness is sufficient.

Next question is to figure out where to carry your spare mag.

I carry a Glock 19 or Colt Commander in an inside the pants leather holster, extra mags on the belt, flashlight and pocket knife. Even in hot weather wearing a T-shirt i can conceal the either quite well in the ITP holster. Sometimes in colder weather I will change it up some and carry other weapons.

Usually drop a KelTec 380 in my back pocket. Pocket clip makes it work. There, or into my belt, IWB style.

I carry IWB with a remora no clip holster. By far the most comfortable and versatile holster I have ever used. I carry an M&P shield and glock 23 IWB with the remora holsters. I forget they are even there. You can only get them online but for the price they are great. I was skeptical at first because there. Is no clip to hold in inside your waste band, but it truly works. Oh, little ye know. I have so many different bags, I call my primary travel bag "my purse". My Glock 23 & spare mag fit nicely into its open pocket.

I found it is a lot easier to say than "my Coyote Brown Wilderness Carry Bag" - and everyone knows my purse - including my grandchildren.

I am intrigued by the Remora mentioned above. At $25, I may have to give one a try.

Keltec P3AT .380, Holster- De Santis,"Nemesis". Works for me in any kind of pants, front or back pocket.

I carry a ruger lcp .380 in my front pocket(no holster)in shorts or old navy jeans and either a glock 22 or compact 1911 in a butschers iwb holster with shorts and a tshirt

I carry a Bersa 380 CC in the back pocket of my Levi's, extra mag in the watch pocket. If I need a backup, I have an ankle holster for the 10mm Glock.
